Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a timely manner. Please follow the instructions below.
- IMPORTANT: Your item(s) must not show any evidence of wear. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (dirty, worn or washed) will be returned to you.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Print and complete our Return/Exchange form. (listed below)
- Returns that do not include a Return/Exchange form will not be accepted by our return department and will be returned to the you.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges to ship the exchanged product to you. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. Yet, we suggest you return your package through a carrier that allows you to track your returning package. (UPS, FEDEX and USPS all offer this)
- Make sure the product is in its original packaging. Items not returned in the original packaging may incur a restocking fee of 15%
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. As soon as your return or exchange is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation.
Your order number:
You will need your order number to complete the Return/Exchange form. Logging in to your account using your email address (used when you placed your order) will allow you to view all orders placed by you.
As soon as we receive and process your return or exchange we will email you a confirmation to the email address you provided on your original order. Note, if there is a refund due, this refund will be noted in your email confirmation and typically shows up on your credit card account within 2-5 business days (depending on your credit card) or by your next credit card statement.
